50-35 Project Day 7Posted by Jake Woodnutt on Mon 3rd Nov 2014 @ 8:59 am
Today we went into town to do our weekly shop. This is Fallon and Byrne- Our favourite shop! A massive range of foods, 100 types of fruit and veg and all sorts of cooking oils and pasta. Also if you are after some cheese there is a huge selection of cheese and cured hams. And then downstairs. A great wine cellar. It's great to go in there on a sunday afternoon and get lots of great food for the week, and some great snacky foods for dinner!

Eva's tea heaven. Give it a few years and there will be a wall like this in our place just covered in 100 types of tea in barrels.
Raglan and coming to the end of my travels :(Posted by Jake Woodnutt on Thu 28th Feb 2013 @ 5:21 am
Coming to the end of my travels now. After surfing Taranaki I went up to Raglan to search for more waves. Bad decision. There was no swell. Although the people were awesome and always up for a laugh. Stayed there for 4 nights before heading back up to Whangarei where I am going to surf the East coast for a few days before heading down to Auckland to catch my flight. Sad times, I really don't want to leave.
Bon appetit! Fresh moules collected from the beach of Raglan and a nice cold Corono. Heav
